ASPIRATIONAL FOUNDERS

Chad and Valerie Fincher's commitment to ministry and community outreach started in Orange County, CA, where their marriage counseling profoundly touched the lives of many couples and families. After welcoming their daughters, Taylor in 2000 and Ryan in 2003, Chad forged a significant partnership with Edwyn Vergeire. This collaboration prompted their move to Colorado in 2005, where they established four leading home care and hospice agencies along the Front Range, providing employment to over 450 healthcare professionals.
As dedicated parents and community leaders, Chad and Valerie embody their faith and values every day, leveraging their rich personal and professional experiences to steer their philanthropic endeavors. Their vision transcends their family and entrepreneurial pursuits, fostering a culture of generosity and uplifting the community.
DECADES OF EXPERIENCE & THE ROAD AHEAD

A life-altering event within their family deepened Chad and Valerie’s commitment to making a lasting impact through Aspire Hope for Kids. Recognizing the critical need for accessible, specialized trauma therapy for children and adolescents, they utilized their resources to provide free professional services to those in greatest need. Having faced the challenges of securing affordable, comprehensive support during their own difficult times, the Finchers are uniquely equipped to effect meaningful change.
In 2023, Chad divested from his interests in all four healthcare companies to focus entirely on Aspire Hope for Kids. This transition was made possible through the support and understanding of his business partner and best friend, Edwyn. The synergy of the Finchers' strengths, refined through years of personal growth, professional trials, and family triumphs, now forms the bedrock of an organization dedicated to instilling hope and resilience in young lives.
At Aspire Hope for Kids, the Finchers' steadfast faith, expertise, and compassion are evident. Their leadership and vision ensure that every child, adolescent, and family connected with the organization discovers understanding, healing, and a brighter future.
